I can suspend/activate multiple process instance using a batch process REST API

    Description

      AT:

      • I can call "Suspend/activate process instances" in batch by providing
      • suspended: true/false
      • list of process instance ids
      • ProcessInstanceQueryDto
      • probably also HistoricProcessInstanceQueryDto
      • I can call it via REST API.
