I can only create a report when the user has read access to all processes

      Problem:
The creation of a report is not possible when the logged in user has only read access to a current process. The user needs always access to all process.

      Expected Behavior:
The report should work when the user has read access to a current process.

This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app

[CAM-8026] I can only create a report when the user has read access to all processes

User with limited access rights for selected process definitions will get an error message when they enter the Process Instance Duration report. Problem is, that 'All Process Definitions' is selected by default. Thus the message is reasonable but from UX perspective not a good solution.

Would it be possible to display a message for wich processes the user can see the report?
