As user without read access to all processes I cannot select 'All Process Definitions'

      Problem:
      As user with limited read access to process definitions it is possible to select 'All Process Definitions' in cockpits report menue

      Expected behavior:
      User with limited read access cannot select 'All Process Definitions'

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
