Do not show tenant menu if there is only one tenant

      The tenant menu is always being shown, even though there is only one tenant. In this case, the menu as well as the tooltip with a rather thourough explanation of what the menu is for is completely irrelevant to the user.

      The menu should only be shown if there is more than one tenant.
