As a Cockpit user

When

• I open History view for process definition
• and there is a lot of history data in the database

Then

• the diagram overlay with historic activity instances is restricted by some time period
• the heatmap is also restricted by the same time period

So that

• the system does not hang in case of large historic data

In addition:

• there is a configuration option to define a default time period (note: it should also be possible to disable that a default time period is applied)
• the configuration option is documented
• the change of the default behavior is documented in [1] and in the upgrade guide 7.8 to 7.9 (with a link to the documented configuration option)
