not all process variables are displayed and can be filtered in cockpit

      There are two problems:

      • No pagination on the list of process variables. The 1st page is always visible with no way to switch to other pages.
      • Filter does nothing to the list of variables. The counter above the list shows a correct number of expected results, but the list itself shows everything.
