When

• I go to the decision definition view
• edit a DMN file (e.g. 'Assign Approver Group' in the invoice example)
• add an output column without name
• deploy the changes

Then

• The resource could not be updated and an error message appears (that's fine)

Problem

• I cannot close the modal view
• All buttons are disabled

Expected Behavior
Only the 'Deploy' button is disabled. Back and Cancle button should work

Workaround
You can click beside the modal to close it
