Engine tests fail if executed with JDK 9/10 with a SQLException

    Description

      If the engine tests are executed with JDK 9/10 the following error occurs:

      15:46:48 [ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:2.16:test (default-test) on project camunda-engine: Execution default-test of goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-surefire-plugin:2.16:test failed: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java/sql/SQLException; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: java/sql/SQLException: java.sql.SQLException -> [Help 1]
