Event Based Processes are available in collection endpoints

      Context:
      Once event based processes can be published (OPT-2930) we need to offer them at the definition endpoints and allow them to be added to collection scopes for them to be used.

      Note this task is related to OPT-2983 and OPT-3032

      AT:

      • the collection data source endpoints accept event based process definitions
      • the collection data source endpoints only accept existing event based process definitions
      • update documentation if necessary
