We need to add quarters to the date filter units. This will not be supported by the relative date filtering, but will be by the new rolling date filtering. There is also some existing confusion with class names, sometimes relative filters being referred to as a rolling. We should rename all related classes accordingly to make adding the new rolling date filter simpler
