Import incidents of custom types

      Context:
      With OPT-4245, we implemented to import incident data of the default types:
      https://docs.camunda.org/manual/7.13/user-guide/process-engine/incidents/

      However, users can just create incidents with their own types. As this is quite a common use-case we should support that as well.
