Given:
A Process Instance Count, Group By Variable, distributed by start Date (automatic) report.

When:
I activate custom bucketing and hit the too many buckets exception introduced with OPT-4338
Alternatively:
I open a stored report that hits the bucket exception error

Then:
I get the error message which tells me about the too many buckets problem but I cant disable/change the bucket settings as the configuration menu is disabled/Or not event edit the report in case of an evaluation by id.

Expected:
I can open the configuration menu and change the setting/Open the saved report and change the configuration
