Display process instance id in raw data decision table reports

    Description

      What is the desired functionality that you are missing?

      As a User I would like to be able to see the process instance id in raw data decision table reports.

      Which problem are you going to solve with this functionality?

      By displaying the related process instance ID I can easily identify which process called the decision table(s) and which outputs / inputs there were.

       

      Hint: Process Instance ID is already stored / imported in Elasticsearch, but not used or displayed in Decision Reports yet.
