• Display warning message in filter pop over in saved modes.
• Display empty charts: discuss handling of axis in kickoff.
• Display 0 instance count wherever possible rather than a no data message
• Display – for durations (instead of no data messages)
• Display process diagram without heat
• Discuss display of pie charts. (Skeleton perhaps)
- look to incident reports with no incidents for context.
* Unauthorised reports - how do we treat it now?
