On outlier analysis page under the process diagram add a new table with tasks overview

Testing Notes:

• go to task analysis (old outlier analysis)
• select a process which have outliers
• the new table should be displayed under the diagram listing all the tasks which have outliers and corresponding metrics for each task
• the view details button should open the details modal (same action as the view details button in tooltip displayed when hovering over the node on the diagram)
