Tasklist navbar toggle button don't respond in narrow screen

    Description

      Reproduce steps:

      • Open Tasklist
      • Resize window to make it narrower so that the UI changes (<768px)
      • Select the navbar toggle button

      Problem:

      • Button does not respond

      Expected behavior:

      • Navigation menu appears
