Cockpit navbar toggle button don't respond in narrow screen

      Reproduce steps:

      • Open Cockpit
      • Resize window to make it narrower so that the UI changes
      • Select the toggle view button
        Problem:
      • Button does not respond
      • Menu is fully extended and toggle doesn't work.
      • Menu doesn't push content when it is in expanded mode thus hiding admin screen content.
        Expected behavior:
        Toggle view functionality is given
        Other sections can be accessed
