Admin navbar toggle button don't respond in narrow screen

      Reproduce steps:

      • Open Admin
      • Resize window to make it narrower so that the UI changes
      • Select the toggle view button

      Problem:

      • Button does not respond
      • Menu is fully extended and toggle doesn't work.
      • Menu doesn't push content when it is in expanded mode thus hiding admin screen content.

      Expected behavior:

      • Toggle view functionality is given
      • Other sections can be accessed

        This is the controller panel for Smart Panels app
