Description
Context:
See parent task and OPT-3197.
When event source entries are updated or removed from an event process mapping it can result in already mapped events disappearing as they are no longer part of the event sources list. In the UI we currently perform mapping cleanups as implemented with OPT-3337, however as there is no guarantee these are called we also have to perform the cleanup in the backend on every save/update invocation.

- If conflicts exist and changes are to be applied anyway, mappings are cleaned up in the process to remove all events that are no longer in event source scope
